Christine joined Connexions as Senior Vice President, Client Success where she is responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight for Connexions’ client relationships. Leveraging her passion for client’s success and her 20 years of managing customer care programs, she brings a unique blend of designing and operating large scale global call center operations on behalf of top Fortune 500 companies. It is her ability to connect data analytics, business processes and technology that enables clients to successfully achieve their customer care strategy while increasing customer lifetime value. Her diverse industry experience provides clients the ability to take advantage of best practices not only within their industry but across other industries as well.
Prior to joining, Christine held several executive level positions in customer care and call center management. Most recently she served as the Chief Customer Officer for a SaaS company, where she was responsible for the client onboarding and service model redesign as well as the creation of their client success program.
Christine graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO and went on her earn her CPA designation.
