As the Group Vice President of Brand Marketing, UX & Product, Mike McDonnell is responsible for leading and managing the product organization, including product management, development and marketing. Mike ensures the company is researching, building and supporting the right products and services to increase wellness and create loyalty for its clients. Having spent time in banking, retail and insurance industries, Mike’s experience mirrors the breadth of Connexions Loyalty’s focus, working with some of the world’s top brands in his 13 years with the company.
Mike is a frequent speaker and author of numerous articles on engagement, loyalty, mobile and product strategies. Prior to Connexions, Mike has spent time doing direct marketing and brand marketing for Capital One and Circuit City as well as starting and running his own multi-line insurance agency with Farmer’s Insurance.
Mike graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with an M.S. in Marketing. Outside of work, his interests vary from cooking to CrossFit to live music.
