She is a passionate advocate of allowing data to inspire innovation, embedding predictive models throughout the enterprise and enabling real-time decisions to encourage a best-in-class customer experience.
Rachel has supported major retail, financial services, and travel companies to develop analytics platforms, recommendation engines, geo-aware mobile engagement initiatives, omni-channel decision hubs and search optimization.
Rachel has earned an MBA and is an alumna of Harvard University.
